This last weekend the J7 Surfboards team packed up and headed south to the Arnette Cash Pot contest in Newport beach. With Adam Virs, Tarik Khashoggi, Pascal Stansfield, Pete Mussio, shaper Jason Feist a bunch of Whatevers and some Pills, damage was going to be done at the jetties. Although the waves were mediocre, the surfing by all the competitors was anything but that. Petey Boy started off strong by winning his first heat taking $50 cash and kept those wins going all the way to the final.

Tweaty would be joined by Virs in the final who also impressed the judges all day with of mix of powerful turns and above the lip antics. In the end, it would be Pete's mind blowing aerial assault looking ultra fast and loose on his Whatever that would take down the coveted first place spot and $500! big congrats to Pete for taking the win!
